CANCELLATION POLICY AND PENALTY

In case of a cancellation from the tour operator the total paid sum will be refunded. In this case you will be notified via e-mail, so we kindly ask you to check your inbox before the tour, otherwise we will not be able to contact you. The reservation is non-refundable if the client does not show up. Once the reservation is confirmed, the tickets for the "Skip the line" Basilica San Marco and Palazzo Ducale cannot be refunded even in case of cancelation within the time limit.
